There is nothing quite like the hunt. Muscles tense and senses heightened in anticipation. Eyes intently looking for the sign with the knowledge that even a brief distracted moment will result in losing out on the prize. There is a slight break in the tree line and the anxiously awaited moment has finally arrived.

When it comes to coffee I am a purist and of the opinion that sugar and flavourings are used to mask inferior product or improper preparation. Does this make me a snob? Maybe. But snob or not, I can admit there are exceptions to every rule. On a recent trip to Vancouver I found one of those anomalies.
